A Bit About Me

Hi I'm Ariel! I graduated from Durham College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program in 2020 and Durham College's Advanced Massage Therapy program with Honours in 2023. I am passionate about massage therapy and providing my clients with excellent care to help reach their treatment goals. I work toward achieving stress reduction, chronic pain management, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. I believes in use of modalities such as hydrotherapy, passive stretching, remedial exercises and self-care to help her clients. I love helping my clients get to the root of the issue and then reaching and maintaining their wellness goals. When I'm not at the studio, you will find me at dance classes, recreational volleyball or at home relaxing with my chihuahua and two precious kittens.
